It's a lot of fun.  You upload a photo of yourself, and then the program morphs your picture into a lot of different things:  what you would have looked like as a baby, youth, teenager and old person, as an afro caribean, east or west asian.  The neatest things it does is show you how famous artists might have painted you.  My picture is actually how the artist Modigliani wouldl have painted me.  You can also see Botecelli (sp), Mucha, and more.
