What I Create
I teach classes in beading and jewelry making (bead weaving stitches and stringing), and also wire wrapping, art dolls, Artist Trading Cards, sewing, knitting, needlepoint, crochet, macrame, and lots more:


Movies
The favorites are: Forrest Gump, and Planes, Trains and Automobiles, but I like different types of movies -- action, horror, fantasy, 'chick flick', etc.

Music
I listen to everything on Pandora Internet Radio as I'm beading; my categories are widely varied: opera, bluegrass, alternative rock, ska, country....

Books
Favorites are These Lovely Bones, Aztec, probably many more who I can't think of right now (I like to read, and get my books at library sales, thrift stores, or yard sales, so I never know what I will be getting when I buy them by the bagful...

cats (even the little pest who rules my house); dogs (even the two who make my backyard into a wasteland), animals, rockhounding,lapidary. I'm married with one teenage son; I work full-time and work part time as an instructor of various topics like jewelry making, beadwork, dolls, and more. It's a lot of fun.  You upload a photo of yourself, and then the program morphs your picture into a lot of different things:  what you would have looked like as a baby, youth, teenager and old person, as an afro caribean, east or west asian.  The neatest things it does is show you how famous artists might have painted you.  My picture is actually how the artist Modigliani wouldl have painted me.  You can also see Botecelli (sp), Mucha, and more.
