Well... hmmmmmm seeing as I have a collection of nearly 1400... most movies...
What I Create
I create bead patterns in peyote and loom. I love to do beadwork in peyote or create leather beaded amulet bags. I do some chokers in loom too.. but not my favorite. I look forward to learning other stitches soon too.
Books
Anything either by Dean Koontz or Stephen King... or Wayne Dyer!! What a 2 ended spectrum with just those 3!!
Music
Country or easy listening... not a rocker here.. that is my hubby!
Favorite Bead Stores
Very bad with names, but my favorite is in Old Town Arvada Colorado.. you know who you are.. LOL...
My name is Marianne. I am a Jill of all trades just about.. but master of none! I am 52 presently and have 3 grown children and adopted 2 of my grandchildren. The youngest of the 2 I am now raising has Cerebral Palsy. So I went back to school and am now his CNA.. nice to get paid for doing what you need to do every day anyway! They are GREAT kids!! So much better the second time around.. except that the ole body has trouble some times keeping up with them. My only regret is that now I have VERY little time to bead.. so my bead time is precious to me.
Likes
Beads are my first passion.. then comes the man in my life.. LOL.. my movie collection (have to have a movie to watch while I bead), then Dogs!! I have 2 papillons, both brats! But that is because the man of my dreams love to spoil them.. hey! My turn!!
Dislikes
Dishonesty, Disloyalty.. and most cooked veggies!! LOL
Hey, Marianne! Cheers to your mom! Yeah, Las Cruces is just west of here (well, in NM terms: any distance here is "nearby", simply because there's so much space in between, we think nothing of driving 25 miles to the mailbox and another 70 to get to town:)(what town?) Anyway, LACY'S home base is on the road into Roswell from 'Cruces (unless you decide to come in from White Oaks/Arabella, that's pretty much the ONLY way into Roswell)--look for Happy Jack's Trading Post on the north side as you head east. Give me a yell--I'll wait out front with a red flag:) Hugs all around, cynthia

Bobby,
I do sell some patterns on the Bead Coop... if you want a description on how I do the leather bags with a scan of my templates I would be happy to provide what I can by email... Then with the other bags that are not my patterns I can tell you exactly where to get them. You can email me at seesbeyond143@comcast.net!
Hi Marianne, gosh you're more then welcome, everything that you make is just so gorgeous! Do you sell any of your patterns for your awesome bags that you made?
Happy beading...

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments! The leather bags are my own designs and I just let the items speak to me... no pattern at all. The brown indian feather with the cap is from Amy Loh-Kupser. Thank u again!!
Hey, Maryanne! Aw, come on, you're only on one end of CO and I'm on the far end of nowhere!:) I'm sorry you can't come--I decided to invite everybody since I don't really know where anybody is...but I will post pictures, and anytime you head down this way, you know where the best beadstore in SE NM is! (and if you give me a yell, I'll give you a mini-workshop:) All the best, hugs, cynthia
