Mostly strung items although I have taken some basic wire classes and hope to expand on that.

Choral, claissical, and just about anything but country or bluegrass.

I'm mostly a non-fiction person. Lately I've been interested in historical medical stories, like "The American Plague" and biographies, like "The Zookeeper's Wife."

Diagnosed with scleroderma in 1995, I've been disabled since 2000. I do a teeny amount of website work from home and participate in live and internet support groups and serve on the Ohio chapter board for the Scleroderma Foundation.
I got married and 29 and we decided by 35 not to have any kids, which worked out well since I was diagnosed at 37! We've had several cats and dogs, with one standout yellow tiger cat named Rudy. He was an exceptional personality and lived to 18. We spread his ashes out in our front garden where he use to sleep in the sun from late spring to fall.
