Hi Linda! I found the pattern! It was in Bead and Button, August 2001, was called "Angular Blooms" and was written by Pam Nichols. You can get a download for it if you dont have the magazine for $3.95. I did the choker so long ago, I don't really remember what all I did, but there you go!
