Beads, all kinds, but especially vintage. Love sunny days in the summer, when I can play in my garden. Also
like a blazing hot fire in the wood stove when it's cold out.
Hey Deb, orange dragonflies and glass drops took about two months, it was a back pack. The book mark , a couple of days. I have one customer that just loves her book marks! kate
Wow! Well I must say you are amazing, Your work fascinates me, I could literally look at each pieace for hours. I am way too timid to try bead embroidery. Thank you.
Hi Kate, well I just got back out of the hospital again with another surgery. It seems that my kidneys are rejecting things now and the infections have gotten some worse. But I'm home now again until my next surgery and trying to be strong. Thanks so much for all your kindness, it's so much appreciated! I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your weekend!
Hugs and happy beading...

Hello gstudio. Thanks for adding me to your friend list. Are you a beadworker for a living? I see the self employed job. How big is the Hilton Head Bead Society?Kate
No i am not a beadworker for a living. I am a real estate broker. we have 15 in our group. lots of fun.
Hi, Kate! Great to meet you! Thanks for the friend invitation.
You have some absolutely gorgeous work....I am totally awed. What patience you must possess to do those intricate pictures.
I looked up Homer, Alaska because I wanted to see where it was in relation to the Inside Passage. My Mom and I took a cruise to the passage in September. It was amazing, to say the least. Someday I would like to get further north in to Alaska to see more of it, but I fell in love with what I did see. I don't know that I could deal with the dark/light situation, though...I have enough trouble on a rainy day. I would imagine you find quite a lot of inspiration for your beading in the beautiful nature that surrounds you...it's so pretty there!
Welcome to the Bead-Space family. You'll find a really wonderful group of people here!
